PBS Liposomes(Blank)
PBS Liposomes(Blank )空脂质体,作为Clodronate Liposomes的严格对照,通过与Clodronate Liposomes相同的机制被单核细胞/巨噬细胞识别和吞噬。由于对照脂质体不含氯膦酸盐,因此单核细胞/巨噬细胞不会被清除。然而,单核细胞/巨噬细胞确实/可能通过细胞因子分泌、吞噬活性的暂时中止和文献中描述的其他反应来对因PBS Liposomes对照脂质体的摄入产生反应。
PBS Liposomes(Blank) are formulated and prepared identically to Clodronate Liposomes except that clodronate is not added to the liposomes. PBS Liposomes(Blank) are recognized and phagocytosed by the same mechanism as Clodronate Liposomes.However, phagocytes do respond to the ingestion of control liposomes by cytokine secretion, temporary suspension of phagocytic activity and other responses described in the literature.
