Clodronate Liposomes

Clodrosome® is a multilamellar liposome suspension in which clodronate is encapsulated in the aqueous compartments of the liposomes. The negatively-charged clodronate liposomes, offers superior efficiency of macrophage depletion. Clodronate molecules are encapsulated in LUV liposomes for superior activity, physical and chemical stability, and convenience of use.

Highlights:

* Good consistency in macrophage depletion

* Suitable for dosing with various routes including intravenous, intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, intranasal, intratracheal and etc.
