Fluorescent DiI Liposomes
Fluorescent DiI Liposomes: 荧光染料DiI标记的脂质体。 Fluorescent DiI Liposomes利用单核/巨噬细胞的吞噬属性对其荧光标记,可流式细胞术(FACS)分析,共聚焦荧光显微镜(Confocal Microscopy )检测和体内的生物分布(Biodistribution)来示踪。
DiI是一种亲脂性长链碳菁染料,同系列还包含DiA,DiB,DiD,DiO 和 DiR。碳菁染料广泛用作亲脂性示踪剂,用于标记细胞、细胞器、脂质体、病毒和脂蛋白。DiI在进入细胞膜之前荧光非常弱,仅当进入到细胞膜后才可以被激发出很强的荧光。
Fluorescent DiI Liposomes通过与PBS Liposomes(Blank ),Clodronate Liposomes相同的机制被单核细胞/巨噬细胞识别和吞噬。和PBS Liposomes(Blank )对照脂质体一样,不含氯膦酸盐,因此单核细胞/巨噬细胞不会被清除。然而,单核细胞/巨噬细胞确实/可能通过细胞因子分泌、吞噬活性的暂时中止和文献中描述的其他反应来对脂质体的摄入产生反应。
